When making a complaint, please provide us with your full name, address, policy number and name of the broker through which you obtain the policy.

PremFina has procedures in place to handle your complaint. However, if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at:
