Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Business Strategy Manager will support the continued development, delivery and operationalisation of the strategy.  Working closely with the Director of Strategy and Leadership Team, they will act as a product owner for strategic initiatives and will play a key role in the successful mobilisation and delivery of the business transformation programme.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Product Owner Support the definition of strategic initiatives vision, road-map and growth opportunities. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall strategy
  • Business Management Assist the Director of Strategy as required with key priorities, milestones, deadlines and decisions as required
  • Board Papers Manage the creation / co-ordination of key presentations to/from the Leadership Team and Board as required
  • Horizon scanning Keep abreast of market and regulatory developments providing visibility, commercial analysis and recommended action to the leadership team as required
  • Culture Support the delivery of a strong culture focusing on colleague first, driving great customer and client outcomes, solid commercial performance and brand perception
  • Meeting cadence Orchestrate regular meeting cadence within PremFina; co-ordinate, prepare and or/drive deliverables ensuring materials are sent in advance 

Our ideal teammate has experience with/knowledge in

  • Previous working experience within Premium Finance industry
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 2 years
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent level qualification desired
  • Agile qualifications desired
