In light of the COVID-19 contagion, we would like to reassure our loyal clients, such as brokers, MGAs and insurers as well as end-customers who are financing their commercial and personal insurance with us, that PremFina is functioning as usual.
PremFina had future proofed its business with an IT-led Business Continuity Plan (BCP) since inception and implemented it in mid-March to cope with the unprecedented public health situation. This included work from home procedures, even before such advice was given by government and health authorities.
All our employees in the UK, Bulgaria, Ireland and Poland have been working from home, using cloud computing, online collaboration and messaging tools as well as mobile and landline phones. This ensures that we conduct our business uninterrupted, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff.
As a fintech company, we have been able to replace in-person meetings with video and/or phone conference calls, in order to keep the service level to our clients at the highest standard. We are successfully operating as a decentralised and virtual business and have extended our operating hours to 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time) to best cater to our customers.
