About the role
This role plays a key part in onboarding new clients onto both production and lower environments. Working closely with Sales to gather accurate client information, the role also works with technical teams to ensure each client is onboarded smoothly, accurately, and configured correctly, to deliver a great experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities
• Support PremFina to deliver against its vision and values, and by working in partnership with others across the business to ensure broker, customer and colleague outcomes are achieved.
• Ensure you always put yourself in the shoes of our brokers and customers and in doing so, ensure we comply with regulations, law and internal policy.
• Work with the technology team within onboarding, to load and configure customers on test and production platforms.
• Support the Head of Live Service in creating strong ties with all teams working collaboratively across the organisation in embedding technology application capabilities
• Support Sales in maintaining and enhancing the wider broker onboarding journey in line with agreed organisation SLAs and OKRs.
• Track and update the Broker Onboarding Trello boards, Fresh Service and ADO tickets with progress updates and information requests
• Work together with Sales to obtain the detailed information required to configure the customer, for example, company information, business profiles, schemes and users
• Where a customer requires API integration, the broker will be configured in the lower environment as part of onboarding
• Ongoing activities would include adding global configuration data, adding/amending scheme data, amending rates during Bank of England rate adjustments
• Strive to ensure that processes and appropriate levels of knowledge and best practice are shared between teams.
• Assumes full accountability for delivering excellence through everything they do
How you will work
Love the flexibility of working from home? If the answer is yes, this role is perfect for you! This is a fully remote, work from home position with only very occasional travel to our London office for ad hoc meetings or social events.
We will give you all the tech you need, but due to the remote nature of this job, you do need the ability to work remotely (virtually). You will also need access to a reliable and fast internet connection.
The role requires you to work between the hours of 09:00 - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week).

• Experience using a service management tool like Jira/Freshworks
• Experience using documentation tools like Confluence
