PremFina is pleased to announce it has become a premium finance provider for iGO4.
iGO4 is a digital broker employing more than 300 people working across its own connected car brands and providing insurance solutions for partners.
Following the new agreement, iGO4 customers will now benefit from PremFina’s recent investment, including omnichannel contact options and point-of-sale digital identity verification which can be embedded in broker or insurer customer journeys.
iGO4 CEO Matt Munro said: “PremFina is a great example of a strategic partnership that will meaningfully enhance the customer experience using technology and we look forward to working together to create a seamless digital journey for more of our customers.”
PremFina’s digital KYC (know your customer) checks mean many customers will be able to arrange monthly payments when they take out the policy, rather than being asked to sign an agreement and send in ID to a third party days after choosing their insurance.
PremFina UK & ROI CEO Sharon Bishop commented: “We’re proud to be working with such a customer-centric brand which shares our vision of using technology to increase access to affordable insurance and look forward to a successful partnership.”
PremFina is a London based FinTech which is revolutionising the way people pay for insurance.
