PremFina have collected an unexpected amount

Have you made a change to your insurance policy recently which may have caused a difference in the amount of your direct debit? Changes such as moving home, adding or removing a driver or changing a vehicle mid-way through a policy can cause the price of the repayments to change.

To find out if there has been a change to your policy which has impacted your payments, please speak to your insurance broker – if you don’t already have your broker’s contact details, you can find out how to get them here. Remember that PremFina are only able to advise you on your credit agreement.
