Why have my dates and scheduled amounts changed?
Changes to the amount or date of your payment are usually related to a change in your insurance policy which has impacted the cost of the overall insurance premium. At PremFina, we can only advise you on your credit agreement. For details of changes made to your insurance policy you will need to speak to your insurance broker – you can search for your broker’s contact information by clicking 'Find My Broker'.
If the new date on your payment schedule is not convenient, you can request repayment on a different date by using the change payment date request form here.
