Why do I have to sign my agreement?

Signing your credit agreement may be essential to keep your policy running. In some instances, we are unable to authorise the credit agreement without your signature and you may need to find another way to pay for your insurance policy.

The easiest way to sign your credit agreement is online using the weblink we have emailed to you. If we do not have a valid email address for you, your credit agreement will be sent in the post. We will also send you reminders if we don’t receive your signed credit agreement to advise you this is outstanding and action is required.

Please note that our approval of your credit agreement is subject to you passing credit, financial crime and money laundering checks. We will contact you in the unlikely event that we have to withdraw the finance.
